    My #1 favourite Afgan food restaurant in Sacramento. The bulani is made fresh to order same with all of the food. I've ordered huge amounts of food at one time to feed 10-20 people and the quality of food was phenomenal. Service is amazing. I was helped with the food to my car literally. Thank you

    This place is so delicious, I don't know that I would've noticed it but my coworker recommended it. I've had the bolani (pan fried bread with mashed potato/chives) and the mantu (dumplings with ground beef)- both are delicious but I especially enjoyed the mantu, it is a great main course as well as an appetizer to be shared. I've also had their chaplee kabob (a spicy/crispy grilled beef patty), shami kabob (very good, similar to other ground beef kabos) and their tikka kabob (grilled pieces of beef)- all of them are delicious but I would say the chaplee kabob is my favorite! It is a bit spicy which is perfect with the yogurt sauce.

    I've lived in Elk Grove for a few years now and I've tried almost all of the kabob places here. Chopan is definitely my favorite kabob place in town. If you haven't tried their kabobs yet, I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
